	First night includes continental breakfast.
	Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional guests are $15 each per night.
	A minimum two or three night stay may apply during summer and holidays.
	Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:30 a.m.
	Based on availability, earlier arrival/late departure may be arranged.
	No smoking allowed inside. Smoking is allowed on decks and grounds.
	Sorry, no pets permitted.

	Deposit and guarantees must be made with a major credit card. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
	Reservations for two days or less are confirmed with a minimum deposit equal to the first night's charge.
	Reservations for three or more days require deposit of 50 percent of the charge of your entire stay.
	Remainder of payment for entire stay is payable 30 days in advance of arrival.
	Cancellations: 30 days or more, accepted, $25.00 fee will be charged; 20-29 days, a cancellation fee equal to 25 percent of total reserved stay charge; 10-20 days, a cancellation fee equal to 50 percent of the reserved stay charge; under 10 days, a cancellation fee equal to 100 percent of the reserved stay charge. All cancellation fees are calculated on scheduled arrival time.
